Description
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to manage day-to-day office tasks, customer interactions, and lead monitoring. The role involves staying in the office from 10 AM to 7 PM to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
-Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
-Performing regular follow-ups with clients and updating management on ongoing deals.
-Tracking and maintaining records of office visitors.
-Monitoring and reporting on leads generated through platforms like Zameen. com and OLX daily.
-Responding promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
-Supporting the team with administrative duties as needed.
