Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
Manage daily office activities, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Assist in organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
Accounting Tasks:
Maintain financial records, including petty cash handling and bookkeeping.
Prepare invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts.
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Generate basic financial reports for management review.
Coordination and Support:
Provide support to senior management for data entry and document preparation.
Coordinate with external vendors, clients, or service providers for office operations.
Ensure compliance with basic tax regulations and financial policies.
