Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
Monitor changes in patient conditions and report them promptly to the supervising nurse.
Assist in the administration of medication under the guidance of licensed medical staff.
ngage patients in conversation and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
Provide emotional reassurance to patients and their families.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
Sanitize equipment and maintain hygiene protocols.
Ensure patients' rooms are tidy and free from hazards.
Note: This is a 24 Hour job shift at patient home in which rest time of 8-10 Hour provided in night,
