Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat to understand their needs and recommend products/services.
Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and assist with the purchasing process.
Convert leads into sales by offering promotions, discounts, and tailored solutions.
Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer interactions and conversion rates.
Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Male and female both
Fresh graduate or minimal work experience.
Strong written communication skills with a customer-friendly tone.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer chats simultaneously.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with chat software and Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn.
Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
Timing:
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Morning Shift)
