Thus any lucky occupiers would benefit from a thoroughly hygienic yet aesthetically pleasant living. The street is relatively a quite one, as its "cul de sac" location yet walking distance from groceries and other amenities. We have installed additional water supply boring machine, separate electric and gas meters for hassle free utility bills payments and even the sewerage and drainage systems are separate from the other floors. We are expecting only professionals or families to express an interest in becoming our tenant. All other groups (singles, hostels desiring, commercial and property dealers) should not waist their and our time. The area has expat families from UK, Canada and USA. Above all, the landlords are quiet friendly which is a rare commodity considering owners tend to be fussy, which we are not. You are more than welcome to call up for a no obligations chat and find out if this is the right move for your family to make. Likewise, we would not let out to party which is not financially sound, are likely to damage fittings and installations above and beyond average wear tear. We are no investors and this is the only letting we have on offer. Our neighbours would confirm that ours is the best maintained home in the entire neighbourhood. I shall leave the rest in your capable hands to determine whether you want to live on a cheap rental or an affordable rent with all the peace of mind on the offering. We haven't advertised in the local newspaper as I think it will be snatched up in no time. Only serious perspective tenants to call as we are too busy to entertain speculative callers. We have laid out everything upfront, so that you could make a well determined decision whether to go for it and go for it you must. PS. Since there is natural plantation to insulate the entire upper floor and basement is naturally installed…thus offering minimum of Rs. 35,000 per month in savings on Air-conditioning in Summers and Heating up in Winters.
