Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team at Berk Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our offerings and identifying their needs.
2. Build and maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services and address client inquiries.
5. Record and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a preference for 1 to 2 years of experience.
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3. Goal-oriented and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
4. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
5. Comfortable with using CRM software and managing lead databases.
Salary Range: From 80,000 PKR up to 400,000 PKR (based on experience and performance)
