Job Opportunity: Shopify Store Manager
We are seeking a Shopify Store Manager to efficiently oversee our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Shopify stores, handling product listings, improving website functionality, and implementing strategies to boost sales. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing customer parcels and coordinating courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images
• Optimize store performance, user experience, and conversions
• Handle inventory management and order processing
• Oversee customer parcel handling and coordinate courier services
• Implement and manage marketing strategies, including SEO and promotions
• Analyze store performance and generate reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing a Shopify store
• Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and digital marketing
• Experience in handling customer parcels and working with courier services
• Proficiency in Shopify’s backend, including theme customization and app integrations
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
