Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks and updates.
Qualifications:
Intermidate/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
1 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
