Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, advising, and managing travel arrangements for both leisure and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation:
• Understand client needs and provide suitable travel packages.
• Offer advice on destinations, travel routes, accommodations, and activities.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person consultations
• Travel Documentation
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and policies.
• Sales & Promotions:
• Promote travel packages and upsell additional services like insurance or tours.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Service & Support:
• Provide support for clients in case of emergencies or travel changes.
• Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business).
• Experience: Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Urdu.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
