Staff Required for Mobile Shop
Position: Mobile Shop Staff
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assist with mobile phone sales, and handle queries related to mobile services.
Transaction Handling: Manage transactions for mobile sales, Easypaisa, and JazzCash services efficiently and accurately.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and related services.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock, including ordering and replenishing products as needed.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices and services.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment, especially in mobile shops or related services, is preferred.
Skills: Strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of mobile technology, and familiarity with Easypaisa and JazzCash services.
Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to handle transactions and customer interactions professionally.
