Description
Administrative Duties:
1. Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
2. Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and communication of school guidelines.
3. Resource Management:
Manage school supplies, inventory, and stationery.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance needs.
4. Staff Coordination:
Support teaching and non-teaching staff with administrative needs.
Help organize staff meetings and maintain records.
5. Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
1. Record-Keeping:
Maintain and update student and staff records, including attendance, admission, and transfer records.
Keep track of correspondence, circulars, and notifications.
2. Data Management:
Input, retrieve, and manage data using spreadsheets, databases, or school management software.
