Description:
Waterproofing Chemical, Max Seal is a two-component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious coating, consisting of specially selected cement, graded hard-wearing aggregates, and additives supplied in powder and polymer emulsion liquid components.
Waterproofing Chemical, Max Seal, Advantages:
Elastomeric with thermal expansion similar to concrete.
Excellent bond to concrete and masonry.
Weather resistance prevents concrete from being corroded by the atmosphere.
Provides a durable coating.
Excellent for leaking brick and masonry walls, and damp proofing of basements. Non-toxic, ideal for potable water tanks.
Area application:
Provides a seamless waterproof coating suitable for roofs, terraces, parapets, bathrooms, and recessed portions of toilet blocks to ensure waterproofing.
Direction for use:
Remove all dirt and loose parties from the surface with a wire brush.
For best results, damp the surface before coating.
For the best result using a primer coat: 1 Part of Liquid and 4 parts of water were used as a primer coat on a wet surface.
Pour the Max Seal liquid into a suitable container.
Add Max Seal Powder to the above mix in small quantities and mix for 2 to 4 minutes to obtain a smooth, lump-free slurry.
Apply the mixed material with a stiff brush marking out the area, applying it like paint.
Keep stirring the mixed material to avoid setting during application.
Apply within 20 minutes after mixing.
Apply a second coat after 6 to 8 hours of the first coat another direction.
Coverage:
15 kg of combo pack will cover an area of 125 t sq ft in two coats depending on the application and surface.
