Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
1) Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
2) Provide product recommendations and resolve customer queries.
3) Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle receipts.
Stock Management:
1) Restock shelves, racks, and displays to ensure products are available and organized.
2) Check inventory levels and report low-stock items.
3) Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries in the storage area.
Store Maintenance:
1) Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
2) Ensure all products are displayed attractively and in compliance with store standards.
3) Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues.
Promotions and Sales:
1) Assist with promotional displays and campaigns.
2) Provide information on discounts, offers, or membership programs.
3) Encourage customers to make purchases through upselling techniques.
Team Collaboration:
1) Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.
2) Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of store operations.
Skills Required:
1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2) Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
3) Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks (like stocking).
