Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated couple to provide in-home care for our autistic son. He is 18 years old. This role involves assisting with daily routines, communication, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for the son’s growth and development. The ideal candidates will have experience working with autism and a genuine passion for caregiving.
Responsibilities:
Support him with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and educational tasks
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Assist with behavioral strategies and communication needs
Collaborate with parents and other caregivers for effective care plans
Accommodation: Private living space provided for the couple.
Qualifications:
Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or similar caregiving experience
Patient, empathetic, and dependable
Must be able to live on-site and work collaboratively
