The Marketing Administrator Support Staff plays a critical role in assisting the marketing team with administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth, efficient operations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting marketing efforts.
The Marketing Administrator will provide essential support in areas such as campaign coordination, data management, and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and managing team calendars.
Assist with document management, including organizing files, creating presentations, and preparing reports.
Campaign Coordination:
Help coordinate marketing campaigns by tracking timelines, updating project schedules, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in content distribution and scheduling across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
Data Management and Reporting:
Collect, compile, and organize marketing data, such as customer engagement metrics, campaign performance, and lead generation data.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations to support marketing analysis and strategy adjustments.
Customer Engagement and Communication:
Help implement loyalty programs, promotions, and other customer engagement activities.
Event Support:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, trade shows, and marketing functions.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional material preparation.
Content Management:
Support the marketing team in managing content, such as website updates, social media posts, and blog entries.
Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions and comments, responding as necessary to maintain a positive online presence.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools (e. g. , Asana, Trello).
Familiarity with graphic design or marketing automation software (e. g. , Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot).
