### **Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and special events.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
