Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and other essential accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the company's accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Conduct thorough cash reconciliations to verify cash flow and maintain strong internal controls.
Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a small business environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
