Description
As a Business Communication Executive, you'll be responsible for:
Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, emails and chats with clients regarding the routine business activities/operations.
This includes but not limited to interacting with major online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and PayPal, etc.
Job Details:
Permanent Office Based Night Shift
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
Required Skills:
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
The ability to handle pressure in tricky online call situations.
Adaptability to manage night shift challenges.
Benefits:
Competitive Salary Range: 35,000-50,000 PKR
