MORNING, EVENING & NIGHT.

MORNING TIMING: 9:00AM TO 3:00PM
EVENING TIMING: 3:00PM TO 9:00PM
NIGHT TIMING: 9:00PM TO 9:00AM
*Receptionist job description*
• Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, or face-to-face
• Handle admission, discharge and administration of residents
• To perform reception duties such as handle incoming calls, email/ phone enquiries
• Receive payments and administer the payment process including handling of cash
• Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication
• Handle patients complaints with effective problem-solving skills
• Prepare bills and take payments
• Deal with complaints or problems
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Schedule and confirm Doctor's appointments.
• Enter customer data and send correspondence
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
*About You*
Proven experience in customer service or reception roles.
Young & Energetic.
Strong dispute management and resolution skills.
Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience as a receptionist
*Requirements*
You should have:
• a Bachelor’s degree
• at least 3 to 4 year of experience in Hospital Receptionist preferably of handling front desk or looking after customer services
• excellent interpersonal skills and be customer-oriented
• knowledge and proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• ability to multi-task and work effectively in teams as well as independently in a fast-paced, professional environment
• ability to handle stressful situations and meet stringent deadlines
• good problem-solving, creative and critical thinking skills
• willingness to work in all shifts, including mornings, evenings and nights.
