We are looking for a skilled and versatile individual to manage daily office operations, handle computer-related tasks, and oversee social media activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Office, Excel, software and hardware troubleshooting, and a good understanding of social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Computer Operations:
Perform daily data entry, documentation, and record-keeping using MS Office tools.
Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and presentations in Excel.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper filing systems.
Office Administration:
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of office activities.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Software and Hardware Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
Install and configure computer systems and software as required.
Ensure regular maintenance and updates of office systems.
Social Media Management:
Create, post, and schedule content for the company’s social media platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow social media presence.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent knowledge of Excel functions.
Hands-on experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
