We are seeking an experienced Maintenance In-charge to manage maintenance operations across our restaurants in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage maintenance team.
- Ensure all equipment are in proper working condition.
- Schedule and conduct regular maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs with in-house teams or external vendors.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance In-charge or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge / technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pizza ovens will be preferred.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
