Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Customer Service Representative – Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. You will also provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided leads list
Promote and explain company products or services to potential clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm on calls
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information after each call
Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert required language, e. g. , English/Urdu]
Previous telesales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
