In this role, you’ll actively reach out to truck drivers, introduce them to our premium dispatching services, and onboard them to our platform. With a 10% commission on every active sale, your success directly translates to significant earnings. We want to hear from you if you have prior sales experience and thrive in night-shift environments!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to truck drivers across the USA and promote our dispatching services.
Build strong relationships with truckers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Convert leads into active clients by presenting the benefits of partnering with the company.
Maintain accurate calls, leads, and sales records in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center or logistics-related role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Ability to work night shifts to align with U. S. time zones.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Familiarity with truck dispatching or logistics (preferred but not required).
