The Logistics Support Agent is responsible for addressing and resolving any disputes that may occur from preparation to dispatch through live calls. This role requires fluency in English, with Arabic being a significant plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Call Support: Provide real-time support to riders through live calls, addressing and resolving any disputes or issues that arise during the preparation to dispatch phase.
Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve disputes between riders and the company, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with riders, ensuring they are informed and updated on the status of their issues.
Documentation: Accurately document all interactions, disputes, and resolutions in the company’s system for future reference and analysis.
Coordination: Work closely with the dispatch and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient rider experience.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Language Proficiency: Utilize fluency in Arabic to communicate effectively, with the ability to leverage Arabic skills when necessary to support Arabic-speaking riders.
Training and Feedback: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures, and provide feedback on potential improvements to the rider support process.
