Like the renowned Cardiology III, the Classic III allows seamless switching between adult and pediatric auscultation by simply rotating the central spline. The compact, one-piece diaphragm and rim assemblies have been redesigned to provide even greater acoustic sensitivity. The binaurals now feature thicker, single-lumen tubing and larger diameter ear tubes to ensure optimal sound transfer. Additionally, the recessed selector spline has been updated with a flush fit and a visual indicator, making it easier than ever to identify the active diaphragm.
