Description
The Limo Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating limousine services for clients across the US. This role involves ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of limousines, maintaining communication with drivers and clients, and resolving any service-related issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch limousine services for clients, ensuring punctual and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with drivers to monitor their locations and progress, providing real-time updates to clients as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication platforms, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage scheduling and logistical arrangements for limousine services, optimizing routes and minimizing delays.
- Address and resolve any service-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, service reports, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve dispatch processes and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably in the transportation or limousine service industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability.
- Familiarity with US geography and transportation routes is a plus.
