Description
Supervise and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all lifts, elevators, and escalators are operating safely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections, manage repairs, and coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors as needed.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce safety protocols for both staff and visitors.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues that arise, minimizing downtime and maintaining smooth operations.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all inspections, maintenance activities, and incidents. Provide regular reports to management.
Customer Interaction: Assist mall visitors with any lift-related issues and ensure a positive experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:-
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
Strong knowledge of lift, elevator, and escalator systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
Experience:-
Minimum 10 years of Total Lift Technician experience, with at least 5 years of supervisory role experience.
Must have experience in the hospitality/mall industry or high-rise buildings.
