Description
Responsibilities:
Extract company data and contact details from websites, directories, and other online sources based on predefined criteria (industry, location, company size, job roles).
Organize and maintain an up-to-date, deduplicated database of leads.
Research additional lead details, including LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Collaborate closely with the cold-calling team to ensure data aligns with outreach goals.
Engage with potential leads over the phone, understanding their needs and presenting company solutions.
Support the sales team in generating qualified leads for outreach and follow-up.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support.
Experience in lead generation and supporting sales teams.
Strong research skills and proficiency with online tools (LinkedIn, Google Maps, directories).
Basic understanding of cold outreach strategies.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with potential leads.
