I purchased this AC Brand New in Aug 2009 for my day time office. I closed the office in 2014. It is not used at all after that period of 6 years/seasons. It has been in the store since then. The AC has never been opened for repair. You may get it tested/checked by a mechanic before or within 3 days of purchase. You woould only need to fill gas in it as I am not sure about that. Thanks!
