The project is a master piece of modern construction and excellent features of international standards. PECHS comes with wide main boulevard and 40 feet streets within the society. Beautifully designed and surrounded by the green areas which gives fresh atmosphere for the residents.
PECHS is a complete residential housing Project that provides their customers with all modern amenities and basic facilities of daily needs. PECHS is located at a very prime location very near to New Islamabad International Airport, and has direct access to the Kashmir Highway with 20 minutes drive from Zero Point Islamabad.
Islamabad the well planned and scenic Capital City of Pakistan along with the neighboring Rawalpindi City / Cantonment have been expanding swiftly due to socio-economic dynamics. This has pushed up the prices of plots in residential sectors of Islamabad (min RS. 30-40 million per kanal depending on the location of the plots in various sectors) which falls beyond the reach of the middle class, especially the fixed income group.
The foresight behind the formation of PECHS, Islamabad in the year1989 to provide cost effective housing solution is more justified now than ever. The Society was established in 1989 by a group of senior Government Officers (founder members) working at Islamabad in different Ministries / Divisions and was undertaken primarily, with the sole objective of providing to its members residential/ commercial plots at affordable prices with all modern facilities and amenities. A large number of ex-patriate Pakistanis are also the members of the society.
The Society initially planned to develop its housing colony in three phases. At present it possesses around 5200 kanals of land at District Rawalpindi. The society can now approach the site from Kashmir Highway within 20 minutes from Zero Point Islamabad. It is expected that ultimately a modern suburban town catering to the educational, cultural and social needs of a population of 35/40 thousand would be developed.
