Key Responsibilities:
Link Building:
Research and identify quality websites and opportunities for link-building.
Execute outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
Manage relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for link-building partnerships.
Monitor and analyze backlink profiles for potential improvements and risk factors.
SEO Implementation:
Assist in keyword research and selection to optimize on-page content.
Conduct on-page SEO optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Help analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in blog posts, articles, and other digital content.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversions.
Generate monthly SEO performance reports and provide insights on areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing. Previous internships or freelancing in SEO and link building are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc. ).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web architecture (preferred).
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and outreach skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
