Junior Accountant Required
Need an energetic candidate and who has five to six years experience.
Working details:
Responsibilities:
• Post and process journal entries Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Cash and Bank Vouchers to ensure all business transactions are recorded correctly.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Preparation of Monthly payroll according to Payroll Machine.
• Maintain Inventory Records Weekly.
• Maintaining all Filling on Daily basis.
• To communicate with Dealers and Customers for Payments and others Discrepancies.
• Assist senior accountant in Accounting and Finance operations.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as a junior accountant
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Specially (MS Excel and MS Word) and familiarity with relevant Accounting software.
Age: 30 To 35 years
Qualification: B. Com or BBA
Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years
Timings: 11:00am To 09:00pm
Salary package: 45,000/- to 50,000/-
Address: Tauheed Commercial, Phase V, DHA.
