*Floor Manager (Female)*
- Responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, waiters, and captains
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock, and minimize waste
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
