Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and organized Service Dispatchers to join our team at Three Solutions. This role involves managing service scheduling, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and service providers. Success in this position means maintaining efficiency, meeting deadlines, and contributing to smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Schedule and assign service requests to the appropriate teams.
• Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates.
• Monitor service progress and resolve any scheduling issues.
• Maintain detailed records of assignments and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize daily workflows.
• Handle urgent or last-minute requests professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
• Experience:
• 1 to 6 months of experience in dispatching, customer service, or related roles.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools or software is a plus.
• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Details
• Location: Bahria Town Safari Villas 1, Pakistan.
• Shifts:
• Shift 1: 1 PM to 7 PM.
• Shift 2: 7 PM to 1 AM.
• Compensation:
• Basic salary plus commission-based incentives.
• Refreshments provided during shifts.
