Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, email, or other channels.
Provide accurate information about furniture products, pricing, shipping, and availability.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to handle complex queries or escalate issues as needed.
Keep records of customer interactions and update order details in the system.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service or chat support (preferred).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
