- **Optimization & Growth:** Drive growth and minimize churn through upselling and advanced customer success strategies.
**What You Won’t Do:**
- Acquire new customers
- Handle technical support tickets
- Participate in product development
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Candidate Requirements:**
- 2+ years in B2B customer success
- Experience with GenAI tools (e. g. , ChatGPT, Claude, Bard)
