As a VoIP Engineer, you'll spearhead the setup, configuration, and optimization of our VoIP systems, guaranteeing seamless voice communication across our organization. Your role involves designing call flows, integrating VoIP with our network, ensuring quality performance, and providing timely support to maintain uninterrupted connectivity.
Understanding of IP phone systems, VoIP protocols, and related technologies.
Proficiency in configuring and managing various IP phone models and brands.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, including VLANs, DHCP, and QoS.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve connectivity and quality issues.
Familiarity with network security practices and their application to IP phone systems.
