Role Overview:
As an Online Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, engaging with them via WhatsApp to answer their queries, assist them in choosing the right products, and process their orders. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers promptly and professionally via WhatsApp to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve concerns.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
Take and process orders accurately through our eCommerce platform.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into purchases.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer service excellence.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and any issues.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or eCommerce is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively via messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions at once.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and maximizing commissions.
Familiarity with eCommerce processes and online shopping platforms.
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
