Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our school project team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and European countries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and European countries to introduce the school project and provide information.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback and concerns.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project goals are met.
Follow up on calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate product information and ensure all queries are answered effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills (fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus).
Comfortable making outbound calls to international clients.
Customer-focused with a positive, helpful attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
