Job Opportunity: Female Reservations Specialist
Location: The Rich Hotel & Apartments, Johar Town, Lahore
The Rich Hotel & Apartments is seeking an experienced Female Reservations Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a background in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage room reservations through calls, emails, and online booking platforms
Coordinate with the front desk and sales team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain reservation records and update occupancy reports
Provide guests with accurate information about room rates, availability, and hotel policies
Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reports, and record-keeping)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently and remain organized under pressure
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus
