Description
We are seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for our UK-based company. Our office is located in Gulistan-e-Johar and operates 24/7.
We currently have two slots available:
Night Shift (Full-Time): 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Part-Time (Fri-Sat-Sun):
Friday Night: 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Saturday & Sunday Evening: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming and receiving calls
Sending emails
Making rota and scheduling amendments in our system
Some outbound calls
Requirements:
Fluent communication in English
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full training will be provided.
