We are looking to hire a team of 10 Call Center Agents with excellent communication skills and fluency in English to join our growing team. If you are passionate about customer engagement, confident in cold calling, and eager to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Details:
Position: Call Center Agent (Cold Calling)
Number of Positions: 10
Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Holiday Policy: Days off are aligned with U. S. holidays only. No off days for Pakistani holidays.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Communicate effectively to pitch products/services.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Do not apply if your English is not fluent.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence and ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.
Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
