- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records in the system with accuracy.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Job Summary (2):
AITT is looking for organized and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support other departments, and ensure the smooth functioning of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
- Coordinate office activities and manage communication between departments.
- Handle data entry, document filing, and scheduling.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
- Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
