Position: Call Center Representative
Campaign: Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Work Hours: 7:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and fluent English-speaking individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for our DME Campaign. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
*Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about our products.
*Provide detailed information about our DME products and services.
*Maintain and update customer databases.
*Achieve daily and weekly targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
*Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work during the specified hours (7:00 PM to 1:30 PM).
*Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
*Ability to work well in a team environment.
