Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking to book flights, manage existing reservations, or obtain travel information.
Flight Reservations: Process flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations using airline reservation systems.
Fare Quoting: Research and provide competitive flight fares to customers based on their specific needs and preferences.
Itinerary Creation: Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Upselling: Promote additional travel services, such as hotel bookings, car rentals, or travel insurance.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
Proficiency with Airline Reservation Systems: Familiarity with airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
Knowledge of Geography and Travel Destinations: A basic understanding of geography and popular travel destinations.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process and manage booking information.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think critically and find solutions to customer inquiries and challenges.
