Description
We're seeking a skilled CSR - Customer Support Representative to join our team who can handle customer inquiries and help us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on eBay, ETSY, Facebook, and Instagram.
Additional Information: -
- Skills: Excellent English Typing and sentence making.
- Person Type: Responsible, Hardworking and Focused.
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor.
- Timing: 11am to 7:30pm (10am – 5pm Ramazan)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Fresher’s can also apply but have good English skills)
- Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 (*Depend on Experience)
- Location: Mubarak Pura (Near Shahaab Pura), Sialkot
- Responsibilities:
1) Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via eBay, ETSY, Facebook, and Instagram.
2) Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
3) Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
4) Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
5) Monitor feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
6) Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7) Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
