Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring non-management staff for our new branch.
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals for the following positions: Bakers, Order Takers, All Rounder Staff, Dispatchers, and Riders. These roles provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop essential skills while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Bakers:
Prepare and bake products according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Manage inventory of bakery supplies.
Order Taker:
Greet customers, assist with menu selections, and take orders.
Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery (within 10–25 minutes).
Process payments through cash, card, or bank transactions.
All Rounder Staff:
Assist in various tasks, including customer service, order taking, and maintaining cleanliness.
Support daily operations and help in keeping the branch running smoothly.
Dispatcher:
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to customers.
Coordinate with delivery staff for smooth handoff of orders.
Ensure that orders are packed correctly before dispatch.
Riders:
Deliver orders to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicles.
Provide friendly service to customers during deliveries.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Intermediate qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in relevant roles (customer service, delivery, baking) is a plus, but not required.
Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, customer-oriented attitude, and a positive, team-focused approach.
