Description
Payment will be provided on 1st and 5th date of every month.
If payment paid by cross cheque then W. H. T. 04% & S. B. R. 10 % tax applies on total amount.
If tax will deduct form the amount of contract then party will give us challan copy after six months.
Male and female staffs both are provided.
Janitorial staff’s duty timing 8am to 4pm.
Staffs lunch timing 30 minutes and tea timing 15 minutes for all shifts.
If staff is absent then reliever will be provided in 2hrs. Don’t deduct salary of this hrs.
Staffs will properly set in one month.
Janitorial staffs will be provided with complete uniform after one month If any complain about staff you should inform us in written notice. We will change staff in one week.
All public holidays & Sunday overtime pay by party.
Staffs will be provided for janitorial work. Extra work will be charge by Syed Enterprises.
Contract will be renewed after 11 months with increment of 10%.
If party will terminate the contract, they should inform within one month’s in written notice.
Party not gives a supervisor cleaning responsibility by party . Syed Enterprises provided only janitorial staff.
Store room is required for janitorial staffs.
The Janitorial Staff is provided for the guided only . If there is any other purpose then the location all the effects goes to party and party itself is responsible for it.
The Rates are given in qthe uotation provided by Syed Enterprises were increased according to government applied polices.
