Description
We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team. This isan opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. The IT Intern will be trained to support the team in maintaining our technical infrastructure, providing a valuable hands-on learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues on employee computers and mobile devices.
Support the installation, configuration, and updates of software applications and operating systems.
Help set up and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
Contribute to network maintenance by monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues.
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access rights.
Participate in IT asset management, tracking hardware and software licenses.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Collaborate on IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and security initiatives.
