Description
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and software.
3. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
4. Assist in implementing IT security policies and procedures.
5. Conduct regular backups and ensure data recovery processes.
6. Troubleshoot printer and scanner issues.
7. Assist in training employees on basic IT procedures.
8. Document IT processes and procedures.
9. Perform routine maintenance tasks (e. g. , updates, patches).
10. Collaborate with external vendors for technical support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2.1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
3. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
4. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
5. Familiarity with IT security best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
